Dear Senior Authorities,
I believe it’s now high time that you should be more focused at ground level support/services for which Airtel is always well known and which will be continuously ruined by your support team by their unethical means.
Below are the issue and brief summary about last few calls/discussions I have done with your team:-
1>>On 15/12/2019 one of the Sr. Executive Simran Ji has extended my 6 months plan till 8 months as(6+2)months offer.
2>>I have start receiving the messages from you team for auto renewal of my plan but ideally that should going to be expire somewhere at mid of Aug’2020.
3>>I called on support desk on 02/05/2020, discussed all my concerns, and Saurabh your representative assured my he has further take care of the issue and update the billing details via accounts team and meanwhile I can ignore such messages.
4>>But on safer side on 15/05/2020 at 17:55 I again called and discussed with Arpit then Sr Executive Mr Manish and further take follow up with Mr Praful and around everytime had a 1 hour call he understood my concern.
But still my billing billing and plan date is not extended till Mid Aug’2020 and again I start receiving payment message with due date 28/052020.
I am not sure why you all making a fool of customer and want to earned pennies by unethical means.
I have all the recordings of commitment and clarification provided by your team, but still issue persist at same level.
I have posted the feedback on twitter also,regarding poor support and false commitments done by your organisation.
I am requesting you kindly look into this issue on priority.
