Dear concern
I have written several mails mail with regard to suspension of the telephone services above to the number i.e. 011-46026559 and 43501443 during the lockdown period. It is also seen that despite that bills have also been issued for the lockdown period.
It is requested to reverse the said bills and it is once again requested to suspend the services of both above numbers till the time we get these numbers started. I receive at least 10 calls a day for payment and i have been explaining everybody that office is closed and phone are on no use.
It is seen that all our earlier mails are auto replied and we are asked to visit your website. So it is requested to give them the instructions to immediately reverse the bills and also keep services of both of the numbers till further request.
