Dear Airtel Team,
At last with 0 response from your side I deactivate services of numbers.
Sir,
In lockdown time when every body is looking for support but you people making jokes of people by generating bills and charging late bill payment charges.
Atlast your store started I thought that i got a pack of relief but I am still wrong.
With lot of time waste at your stores and lot of instructions from store team I deactived services of 2 of my no.
But after deactivation a new set of jokes started as one of your store mate told that they put up a request for deactivation of my number and with in 8 working days I got a call and they will decide for deactivation and continuation of my numbers and for such a entertainment period of your company I have to paid my bill for those numbers.
It is a saddest part that me and lot of person in India is using Airtel and no body in Airtel is looking to solve problems and support people.
