Text of Complaint by Anjali:

I have made 9 separate withdrawal requests from a Teen Patti gaming app, totaling ₹9000. Each withdrawal shows the status ‘Already dunned’ and ‘Processing’, but no payment has been credited to my account.

> The earliest withdrawal was made on 10 September at 00:08 AM, and it has been over 29 days. The app has not provided any support or resolution. I suspect this is a case of financial fraud or misleading transaction status.

> The IFSC code shown in the app (PDS0000001) also appears suspicious and may not belong to a valid bank.
>
> I request urgent investigation and refund of the full amount. I am attaching screenshots of the withdrawal records as proof.
