Text of Complaint by Reshmi Gurung:

On Khelo24Bet, I withdrew ₹2600 on 16th July 2025, and the status showed successful, but the amount has not been credited to my account. I have sent multiple messages through live chat, but every time I received the same reply: “Wait and be patient.” Later, they asked me to send both sides of my Aadhaar card and PAN card to update the KYC. But I didn’t send the documents because sharing personal documents can lead to fraud. Till now, I haven’t received my money. Please do something — I want my money to be returned.
