28 फरवरी 2022 को मेरा धनी अकाउंट हैक हो गया था, मैंने एक मार्च को धनी कस्टमर केयर में कॉल करके और धनी को मेल करके शिकायत दर्ज करा दी थी। धनी की तरफ से मुझे आश्वासन मिला था कि आपका अकाउंट ब्लॉक कर दिया गया है और आगे से कोई पैसा नहीं कटेगा। अभी तक जितना पैसा कटा है वो 21 दिनों के अंदर रिफंड हो जायेगा। लेकिन मेरी शिकायत करने के बाद भी 1,2,3 मार्च को पैसे कटते रहे। जिसका आज तक कोई हल नहीं निकल पाया है।
