This is on behalf of Paytm wallet of my spouse running on Vodafone number 9899996318. We have recharged the Jio SIM number 8700720032 before the Jio Prime membership was closed. It was recharged on 29-March-2017 for Rs 402 inclusive of Rs 99 for Prime membership and Rs 303 for having the benefits for another 3 months. But in the next month (April) we got the message from Jio that your services are stopped because of non-payment of amount of Jio prime membership and other benefits. For this we contacted you on 21-April-2017 and so many times afterwards. Recent call was in early May and Paytm representative said amount will be refunded in 2 days. According to your information we have contacted Jio and logged an Service request. It is clearly says that “Benefit not Credited”. Hence i am attaching 2 snapshots one for Jio Service Request and another for the Paytm Transaction ID that was deducted. They answered amount is cleared from our side and asked to contact Billdesk. I contacted Billdesk they said amount is cleared and asked me to contact Jio. I contated Jio they said it was not credited to their account. i am stuck between.
