With reference to order id1228127257 on 4th june at 7:33 pm. With zomato. I ordered the food item. But the coupon code was not applied and amount of rs. 220 deducted.

I immediately called the delivery boy within few seconds to get it cancelled as coupon code was not applied. And same time i ask delivery boy if it was packed. He denied and confirms the cancellation with me and at the same time i cancels the order immediately from zomato app also..

Zomato promised to pay the refund within 24-48 hrs. I am also having screenshorts of all the conversations attached below.

Then i again contacted them regarding the refund. They said we have refunded the amount to your paytm wallet. And share your concern with paytm.

Then i contacted contacted paytm regarding the refund. Paytm saidthey have not received any amount.

Then i again asked zomato for they refund. They denied. They harassed me for 6-7 days.
