I raised a query with 1Xbet regarding my ₹18,000 withdrawal on February 8th, but even after 16 days, the amount has still not been credited. This is completely unacceptable. I have sent numerous emails to customer support and tried calling multiple times, but there has been no response.
Additionally, I have shared my bank statement with them, yet they are refusing to provide the UTR or NEFT reference number. This lack of transparency makes me suspect that 1Xbet is a fraudulent platform.
