Despite requesting a bank transfer for several times, your executive ended up initiating credit transfer to my account with is very unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that the refund was initiated several months after cancellation which should have been initiated even without any correspondence with the support teams. Today I booked another flight using the same credits but the ticket ended up getting cancelled.

Same Here. I booked a Ticket on 2nd may. It has been 36days and every time the inexperienced Customer Care says its initiated from there and will reflect in another 5 days. As if it is coming by walking. actually i have filed a PIL against this 7 days return crap. Since they take the money instantly and return it after 7 days.
