Outgoing service on Airtel stops tomorrow.In case of no recharge,Rs23 will deduct on 17-Jan-19 from Main Bal for 28day validity.Unltd./Smart Pack,dial *121*51#
I received this message two days back and the reminder on yesterday. Today i received a message that..
‘You are given 1 day validity extension. If not recharged, Rs.23 will be deducted tonight from balance for 28day validity”
But why I’ve to recharge for validity ? Earlier telecom companies were given lifetime validity on Recharge. At that time I had recharged with appropriate plan for lifetime validity. But now airtel is threatening for doing the same validity pack again and again for every 28 days. Why we pay again and again for the same thing?
Apart, In the new scheme they have given 15 days grace days for extension from validity date. However they are threatening for deduction of amount from my balance on the validity date even before 15 days of grace days i.e. 01.02.2019.
Kindly take necessary steps / action against Airtel.
