I have tatasky connection since a long time. For any additions or deletions in package I am facing problems as I am not a computer savvy.
Previously I scouted for a dealer got done. For free channels as per dealer advise given SMS for addition. Single SMS for more than one channel doesn’t work. At the end of the month received a bill for SMS charges@₹.3/- per each. BSNL said such SMS are not in the package. Two days back three free channels stopped getting. On my calling customer care, I was advised to give sms as done earlier. I have two TVs. I have to give 6 SMS costing₹18 . Is it the way tatasky earning? Is it not cheating? One executive who spoke to me this morning abruptly disconnected phone.
