Airtel jaipur team initiated by sim swap on 17.12.18 04PM but i have not requested amy request anf i am based in bangalore and without checking ID proofs they completed the sim swap and after i called call center the ask apologize for their mistake and still now connection not restored and now they ask me to visit to airtel store for sim swap again and i need to pay for charges for airtel mistake
