Dear Sir,
I have ordered a fully automatic washing machine during the offer period of Big Billion days Flipkart Order id is OD223019943917476000, Product delivery date set up by 6 October, 2021 but product was not delivered on the set date also it was not delivered on 7th and 8th of October, But it was out for delivery on all 3 days, I have called Delivery agent multiple times and continuously received only one answer that we will delivery it in 1 hour, 3 hour or tomorrow but they have not tried to deliver it even a single time, i have raise several complaints on flipkart regarding this behaviour of the delivery agent and they have told me to provide full support, but on 9th of October (Today) Flipkart cancelled my order without any prior notification with a reason of cancellation that “Delivery agent attempted delivery multiple time but unable to reach out to customer” which is totally wrong, there delivery partner not called me even a single time however i have called them several time for confirming delivery time. I have used a Flipkart voucher of 2000 Rs. + Credit Card for payment now they are not refunding my voucher amount on time so that i can use them to order an alternate product during the offer time and Right now i’m getting the alternate product in 13990 Rs. but once this offer period is over i have to pay around 15990 or 16990 for the same product, now they are not helping me by any way. I want you to take strict action against them. Please help me out
