I booked a return journey for Goa from New Delhi. After 7 days i got a mail for my return flight, that it has been cancelled by airlines. They charged 2000rs. as a processing fees for 4 pax, 500 rs. each. 15 days later they mailed me again that my flight for new delhi to goa has been cancelled by airlines, again i will be charged 2000rs as processing fees. They are playing a scam. This is a fraud company. Do not rely on them. My experience with happyfares.in is very bad.

Happy fares reference HBCCNT47 , Sector BLR CCU, for Indigo Airline.
Booked a ticket on 11th Sep vide above reference and due to some reason it was cancelled. Indigo Airline credited full amount of fare with in 18 hrs back to Happy fares. Self is follow up with agent of Happy fare on number 7670070070. But next day this number is showing invalid. Checked another number on its website i;e 7099132130. That agent also has no answer except consoling that only Rs 400/- is non refundable and told that email team will reply. After four days today on 15th sep received this depicting deduction of Rs 1093/-. These act of Happy fares is unjustified and act of fraud and cheat. There is no platform to legally challenge this cheap act websites. On calling Airline they also tells that they have already refund full amount back to the booking agent and can’t intervene.
Till now no sign of refund amount in the payment source.
