I had ordered for a saree for Rs 1499/- (order number – DR11900) Received a very different saree from what was ordered. Have sent a mail as requested by them, but after that no response. Please look into it ASAP. Some new people might fall into this trap and the culprit has to punished. There are lot of complaints registered against them and yet they are still continuing doing business.

Yes for me also worst saree received I tried to contact them but they are not responding. Fraud company.

My order ID is (#DR12960) from Rudra Silks
The product stated silk saree with zari border. There was no silk and no zari. There was no pink colour or gold zari. There was peach colour and yellow print. It is not even soft silk. This is disappointing and very disheartening, since I have to attend a wedding in 4 days.
I feel cheated as a consumer & I would like to return this product and requesting you to refund the money paid. Please suggest what to do

Rudra silk is fraud i received saree but quality very cheap refund is not return so please dont purchase any saree this company
