Mrs Anisha and Mrs Jessy Lucas they are sitting in Goa office.
We were in Goa one guy came to us and asked to scratch card and said you will get assure gift that and he taken us to the hotel and he said that they were doing new hotel pramotion .
Inside confressroom they made their setup and servral coustmer and office personal are explaining about they product and sudden when I realised I have to leave ,i said this type setup ,contract letter any body can make so how I can trust you so they said we are AIRDA APPROVED ANy thing happen AIRDA will give u all money.so i convenced and i paide amount of rs 164500from credit card that time I was in hurry to so i signed the contract and left.when i was in hi otel and start reading contract and found that what they had said totally different from contract.again i went and i said contract and your brief totally different so i said refund amount so they said amount will not refund it mention in contract.and they forced me to take take hotel ,i said I don’t have time nd trust on you now so they asked me whatever u want you will give in writting so i m convenced and they said you will get mail today evening b4 6 pm ,i said of and left ,actually they want me to left office because several coustmer waiting out side. I purchased and paid amount date 08/08/2022
After 6 i m agin start calling to them and afte that i got call from their GM he said his name is uttam Singh ,and asked me do not call to their girls ,i will try to send u mail and i will try what he can do .and till now I don’t received any call and even they not answering.
And i feeling that i must get hanged my self , several negative thing running in my mind to do sucide.

Sir if this type of fraud are going on government and court should take some necessary action,
Request plz help me out for my refund.
