i had ported two numbers to Airtel recently. The executive promised me two data sim and a DTH connection. One sim and the DTH are working fine. However the second sim has data facility only. I request you to kindly convert the sim to call facility. It has been almost more than a month. I have contacted customer care, showroom and had sent email also. But my issue is not resolved yet. The mentioned sim no 9497474153 is being registered in my bank account, linked to Aadhar and many other facilities. Please resolve my issue as early as possible.
