Mai Mohan lal(crpf,srinagar) 09may2021,ko through debit card Goair srinagar to lko flight no.G8-358,G8-268 ko Rs.3770 tickets book kiya tha but tickets book karne ke within 30 minuts ticket cancelled ho gaya uske bad coy se phone aaya ki appka total amount Rs.3770 apke account me within 14 days aa jayega 30 days ho gaya but paisa abhi tak refund nahi hua..jo customers no.01246434800 tha pahle lagta tha ab vah bhi nahi lag raha hai mai kai bar contact kiya mujhe bola gaya ki 07 days ke andar paisa refund ho jayega.mera deducted amount Rs.3770 mere account me atisighra dalne ka kast karey.apki badi kripa hogi.
