I ordered a product from an online clothing website named Street Fusion (www.streetfusionclothing.com) and paid ₹999 in Cash on Delivery. The item was delivered through Ekart Logistics on June 20, 2025, but the product received was incorrect and of very poor quality. There is no return option or customer care on the website.
I strongly suspect this is a fraud. I tried contacting Flipkart Support since Ekart is their delivery partner. However, they couldn’t track the order as it wasn’t placed via Flipkart.
This is a serious issue and I request your intervention to stop such fraudulent sellers using delivery networks to scam customers.
