I have ordered a FASTag from Paytm on 25th Nov’19 since it is now compulsory to have it installed in the cars before 15th Dec’19 (Earlier 1st Dec’19). I have been following up since then and have received no crude information as to when will I receive it. Upon asking them to cancel my order, Paytm responded that my vehicle registration no has been tagged and now the order cannot be cancelled. They provided an AWB no of unknown courier which cannot be traced and are not providing any information on Twitter as well. I am trying to get it done before the deadline i.e., 15th Dec but till date (13th Dec) I have not received any proper update. Who will be responsible for the extra charges that I will have to pay at toll booths? Please fastrack this issue and resolve as soon as possible.
