Sir I have purchased Redmi note 5 pro mobile from paytm mall. I made payment online through my HDFC CREDIT CARD. I have received product on 23/05/2019 at 11:39 AM. I found that the mobile not working properly so I called paytm care and they ask me to go to Xiaomi service center. I visit to service center and they asked me that you have received a old product and it is not under warranty. If you want to repair your device then your pay money for it. I recall to paytm mall and they ask me to provide job sheet from any authorized service center of Xiaomi. But Xiaomi service center say that your mobile is not under warranty so we can not provide anything. Sir tell me now what I do? Paytm not solve my problem properly
