I booked a flight ticket with PayTm and the flight got cancelled. I had to buy another flight ticket urgently to travel. I called paytm they said they will refund as the flight was canceled from the Flight company.
Also, before my original travel date I rescheduled my flight by paying around 7K. So total I paid paytm 7K and 16K for the flight bookings. The customer service executive told me that they will refund 16K plus the fair difference from the 7K. I agreed to that.
However, it’s been more than 45 days and they haven’t initiated any refund. I tried raising multiple tickets using paytm app but they are not responding at all.
