Paytm fastag issues.

1. Toll booths show the fastag Blacklisted.

2. Enough balance is available in paytm reserved.

3. Humiliated at toll booths bec of the term “Blacklisted “

4. Paytm app donot have phone numbers to call customer care. Nor they have paytm related helpline.

5. In the night i had to google to find paytm numbers.

6. After about 20 min a customer executive tells me that it is not the paytm fastag number. Gives me another number

7. The new number the executive tells me that everything fine from there end and asks me to chwck in the next booth as I had alreay paid cash. Advises to get scanned in manual scanner

8. The next toll booth same issue Blacklisted and the toll booth dont have manual hand held scanner to verify!

9. After few days I tried In a different toll both and same problem even in the hand held scanner.

10. It is becoming very stressful for me to pass thru the fastag lane and  fight with the people to convince i have balance and enough money and KYC also done and verified.

11. I am not able to take up this kind of humiliation at toll booths.

Mental agony and anxiety during every travel.

    1. I am facing the same problem too. My Paytm fastag is also being taggesd as blacklisted in toll booths. Highly disappointed from paytm. I complained in paytm app but till date no contact has been made from them.

  1. I am also facing the same issue. Its irritate to see the term blacklisted in the screens at Toll Plazas with out any fault on mine.
    Paytm says no issue at their end and NHAI doesn’t respond for the complaint (Mailed the issue via email to the ID mentioned in the Fastag app).

    No grievance cell or customer support system but they implementing to pay double the cost in case fastag is not available. Chaotic times ahead.

  2. I also faced the same issues and same humiliation. Paytm fastag service is useless. They never respond and exactly who is responsible there is not known. An organisation full of cheaters.

  3. I think people should not go for paytm Fastag at all. Queries on wallet get solved through executives, but Fastag support executives don’t answer the call even after waiting for half an hour on the phone. In think there are no sorry I executives at all to solve the problems. Worst experience in the toll booth, it’s humiliating to see that the Fastag is blacklisted even though sufficient balance is the wallet.

  4. Add me as well. My Paytm FASTag also got blacklisted and I am trying to get help from Paytm Customer Care 1800-102-6480 but couldn’t get their help. My FASTag hasn’t worked even once! Worst experience with paytm.

  5. I thought i was alone facing this problem. I am facing the problem exactly as Avinash mentioned above. Paytm is ruining the already stressedout lives. Is there any solution to this problem?

  6. I’m facing the same problem too. Should had seen the reviews before buying this, but trusted Paytm and now I regret for that. Please DON’T buy fastag from paytm.

  7. Me too, even iam facing the same issue, Got very much tired of arguing at toll plazas, should not have trusted Paytm

  8. Passed through three Fastag lanes and all three showed blacklisted. I am very disappointed cuz of such issues and hope this is resolved soon.

  9. I think this link might help. Your fastag is marked blacklist if you pass the toll and NETC not able to collect toll from the wallet. So next toll you see blacklist mark on your fastag entry . Either this can be resolve by paytm support which is very hard to get connected via phone or 24×7 support or you can also visit below link.

  10. Same problem after passing two toll booths successfully they suddenly declared our Fastag blacklisted in one till booth *despite of having 150 in fastag wallet and 500 in paytm wallet* then we had to pay extra money for a two way trip .
    1.money wasted on paytm fastag
    2.harrassment faced at toll booth despite of having money in wallet and getting fastag on time and the term used was “BLACKLISTED”
    3.extra time and money has to be wasted to get another fastag now

I HAVE ALSO FACED THE SAME ISSUE WHEN I INITIALLY BOUGHT FASTAG THROUGH PAYTM, BUT IT SHOWED BLACKLISTED THEY ALSO TRIED MANUAL SCANNER BUT NO SUCCESS EVEN THOUGH I HAD SUFFICIENT BALANCE IN PAYTM AND MIN KYC DONE. AFTER SUBMITTED THE QUERY 24X7 THEY RESPONDED TO RESEND THE RC COPY AND THEN THEY SAY THEY HAVE ACTIVATED THE FASTAG. BUT HOW WOULD I KNOW WHETHER IT WILL WORK.

  12. Same here – despite sufficient balance, it is blacklisting me too. I was irritated today and getting ICICI Fastag now. I think it’s all a political gimmick

  13. PAYTM is a cheat company. They took Rs. 350 for a Fastag and that too says BLACKLISTED at every toll plaza. The bouncers behaved like I created it on my own and charged double amount in cash when I had over Rs. 800 balance in my Paytm account. When I showed balance they said it is incorrect, pay now or will not let go. Total harassment due to Paytm fraud people. RBI should cancel their license immediately for fraudulent activities. The Paytm customer care people doesn’t know what is the meaning of Blacklisted and every time says it is active. Moreover, they ask if it is not working but another one by paying Rs. 100. What if it also doesn’t work, should I keep paying to Paytm?? What a freaking company it is!!!
