Text of Complaint by Jagdish Kumar:

Due to change in address, I relocated and asked for my Tata sky refitting. I was asked to recharge and was assured that my complaint will be settled in 24 hrs. But after recharge, visit of technician was cancelled.after 2 days , again I called at customer care but they gave me insurance only. No time limit was given. The recharge money is wasted and there is mental torture. Plz look into this matter
