Text of Complaint by Aijaz Lone:

I had purchased a mobile phone from shopclues but that was defective &  i returned it &  shopcluez refunded my money in shopbuks account, but i requested them to transfer the same in my bank account which they did not. After some time i purchased shoe rake &  used the amount from shopbuks account but after recieving the shoe rake i saw it had missing items &  i returned that product too. Now i have total Rs. 1009 in shop buks account &  requesting them to transfer the same in my account which they do not from last two weeks.  First i was told wait for three days &  then for six more days but they are not transferring my amount in my bank account which is currently updated.
