I received a faulty product from PaytM. (It is very different from the one I bought through payTM mall app). PayTM has committed fraud cheated me by sending wrong products. And secondly after returning the products, as promised over the call, they have refunded only half the amount and have swindled the other half. even after repeated complaints, i haven’t received my money back in the paytm wallet. kindly investigate the same.
