I cancelled one order on 3/1/21 due to delayed delivery (prepaid order), as the executive itself accepted the delay, but they said there will be cancellation charges. I asked them even though accepting delay on the delivery side how can they impose charges on me and asked for reconsideration and refund of the money. They replied they won’t refund the money and there is no proper response not accepting the delay or mistake on their side. Please do the needful.
