Few days ago ,i had recharged my mobile no 8896146854 of Rs. 35 and i got approx Rs.26 talk time but today i have seen my balance is only Rs.7 then i have contacted to your complaint no 198 and your representative replied to me that you have called someone on 6 dec 2018 on that no which is first five digit 88409***** and deducted the amount of Rs.14 and she also said that you can check the same via dialing *111# and see the last 3 deduction of amount and call ,after that i am dialed the no and i am shocked because the no is 8840974440 , … this is my second no of jio ,my both sim vodafone and jio always pluged in my phone then how is possible that sim 1 called to sim2, this is technical failure please check it and return my amount because you are wrongly debited to my mobile balance. otherwise i am left your connection.
Please do the needful and insured to me that the same will never happened with me.
