I had taken a jio sim card in Lucknow in December 2018.showing my ADHAR card.

I used it till February and then had to come abroad with my husband for his work. Since last week I could see someone else’s photo on my Gio no.

My relative called him and was told that the se no. Sim card had been given to him in Mugaldarai 10 days back.

Why was my no. given to someone else? I have the sim card on my phone and will need it again from October.

I want an explanaton. I was also told that I don’t need to remew, the card will always be in my name. Please look into it.
