My cell number:9966237055 was made portable to the airtel network in the month of Jan 2020 and they disconnected my network even after recharging the gave me a reason that they could port the network even if there is balance pending with the previous network.i cleared the previous network bill on 6-jun-2020 where as the time limit was till 5-jun-2020.
That was my primary contact number and had been linked to all my bank accounts and pan card, aadhar card etc….
When I gave complained about regaining my network they say that my number has been dead, neither my previous network vodaphone nor airtel can able to provide the network till 90 days of time.
Am in big mess with out my primary as am not able to do any of my transactions as I won’t be able to get the OTP.
Both the network providers telling are that they can’t do anything as my number has become inactive mode and it takes 90 days to get into active mode.
Please help me out to regain my network as I can’t afford loosing that number for 90 days of time.
