Text of Complaint by Rajinder Singh:

  • Earlier few year back there was incoming free and sim validity at least 20 year when we bought sim from the market. Why now you have it to limited validity like 28 days . Atleast validity for incoming calls should not be there.
  • Now a days if some is not able to recharge and his sim validity get over than is not able use aadhar OTP, and other OTP facility over call.
  • Is it directly mean we are paying monthly 49 rs recharge than if we we unable to consume 38 rs it will get lapse.
  • It’s a wastage of money
  • There shouldn’t lapse of remained unconsumed amount. And you don’t have the right to waste our money.
  • That amount should be in main amout so it can be carry forwarded.
  • So it can use by    coustomer for next. recharge.
  • Last but least there you shouldn’t stop incoming call and sms after validity expire . If you make such conditions it mean you are compelling the coustomer to do recharge to use basic function like incoming calls, OTP smsbsms for etc whichiwhich are and it’s not fair. Also You can stop outgoing SMS and call after validity expire.
