Sir/ma’am,
Paytm has deducted Rs.115 from my wallet account in the name toll plaza deductions on April 7, 2020. The msg was received at 3:56 pm the same day.
Since it’s a lockdown in whole country nobody can go out. Also to be noted that we did not drive our car. So how can they deduct any amount from my paytm wallet.
I have raised query through app but no satisfactory response is provided. Hence plz consider the matter and procsss refund.
We drive Maruti alto 800.
