Dear Sir,
In today era being an eCommerce giant like Flipkart we as a customer always pride to have connect with Flipkart.
You will also agree that for any ecommerce site to sustain in the market, they have to commit on below points –
1. To get 100% genuine product
2. Good offers and competitive price and provide multiple facility to ease the payment and reduce the load of money on customer
3. To get the Product delivery on time or before as promised delivery
4. Polite and immediate reach of customer service with proper resolution
5. Customer satisfaction
Unfortunately, i am not fully satisfied especially on 3-5 points mentioned above.
I would like to update you that i had ordered 5 products from Flipkart and this case is regarding on one order which i have purchased on 10-oct 2018 RealME 2 mobile.
The reason to buy this mobile as my old mobile is not capable of support much office mail and all and secondily but most importantly before buying it was showing expected deliver with my pin was 13-Oct-2018 as i had to go to out of city for 10 days for office work 15-oct-2018 night.
When i checked on flipkart app on 12th OCt it was showing near to my area and had requested to Flipkart customer care executive for faster delivery but they said you will get it on 13th then 14th then 15th and so on…
When i complained on 15th oct they said wait till 7pm if you will not get the product willl update you after that.
Now situation is so worst every two day i use to get the update from Flipkart extending 3days then 3 days 2 days 3 days and so on.
No one have and updates on product and about their logistic partner and saying to me that you have to wait even after more than 20 time i had called.
Till now i had followup and unfortunately i have to buy another mobile of rs 15000 because of such delay.
Now today also i got the reply that product will deliver in 3 days.
I had so much of harassed and mental torturer faced by your customer care they have zero knowledge about any thing. They are just acting like to take a call and close it no initiate.
Now i am very much tired and frustrated to follow up for my product and if this the way to deal i am sorry but i will not go and use flipkart for any of my product.
Sorry but bitter fact of your organisation.
I hope you will take active action to not to loose your customer and provide the satisfactory solution.
