- Hi, I have Ordered a UCB SHIRT Pink & Gray of Rs .1199 on 18 October 2020 , Myntra delivered order on 22 october 2020 . When i got this order, i found UCB shirt was dirty and used shirt and was some yellow stain with Faded colour , so without trying that shirt i have just made a return request on myntra app and given reasons in comment box also and return the shirt with attached all tags and bills.
- After Return successful pickup up, Instead of returning the shirt myntra team had rejected the return and informed me through mail that Returned Product Fail due to Quality check and not given any other appropriate reason to me.
- In this regard i have file a complained to myntra’s customer care (Complain no. IN2010271717420558443 ) told them whole issue they assured me that ur complaint will be resolved and shirt will be returned .
- Till now i have complained by call regarding this for 5 times but they are not resolving my complaint as not returning my product ,rather solving my issue they i have forcefully sent that same used shirt to me again by saying “If u will not accepted this shirt , company neither will not refund you nor return it”. So i have kept the shirt.
- Today on 26 Nov 2020 yet myntra didn’t resolve the issue i.e. they didn’t regenerate Return request for return approval. Myntra coustomer care person still saying that our back end team reinvestigating in this matter. Last date that was given to me for resolving the issue was 12 November 2020 but complaint is still unresolved and Return period of product has been over.
- I request to you take appropriate and instant investigation so i can return that used UCB shirt and get my refund ASAP.
