I took loan from gold cash of Rs 3000. Whose due date was 14 January 2022. I made payment on 13 January 2022 through app in UPI I’d which was available that time and after making payment I entered UTR number and it was successful as well. But my payment didn’t receive to gold cash as their collection department says. I send them all screenshots of my payment but still they don’t believe me. And since then they daily message me in watsapp and giving me threatening that they will create watsapp group and share my ID and will write iam fraud and thief. They send abusive language in voice call and abuse me over watsapp call. The most important thing is that the watsapp number they are using its not their own they steal that number and that person even don’t know anything about that. I talked to that person he said he didn’t have smartphone. I have already made complain in cyber cell. Please help me what else I can do.
