I got a call from Tele Marketing no. in June-July to buy HDFC policy with cashback. When I said ‘YES’, I was contacted by Manish Bansal and Rakesh Sharma from Insta Policy Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd.

They sold me 2 HDFC policies (Super Income and Sanchay Plus, ( 21616580 and 21673054 )) in the name of Rs 6000/ cashback and Rs 10,000 cashback every month till next 3 years.

The people from Insta Policy Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd (Mr. Rakesh Sharma +91-9958178042 and Mr. Manish Bansal +91- 9583408394) lured me for cashback of more than 3 Lakh and got me two policies of HDFC LIFE.

They gave me two code of HDFC D2C code on my name as
CK506380D2C

and HDFC branch Code

BRCH/HDFCCD501725/1L/DL/NCR

When after one month I didn’t get cashback, they got me two other policies from INDIA FIRST and BAJAJ ALLIANCE in the name of BTR and FRDA letter for cashback clearance.

Now they are only postponing the dates whenever I ask for the cashback.

My question is that, why Insta Policy Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd allows such fraudsters to sell HDFC policies in the name of cash back.

I guess there must be backend support from Insta Policy Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd itself to such fraudsters to sell its policies.

When I complained about it to HDFC and Insta Policy, I got call from Mr. Jeetendra from Insta Policy and he tried to me settle by taking 5% cashback under the table.

He also told me that he fired those 2 frauds from his company. But I don’t buy such childish lollypop on phone.

Now they say that they don’t have to do anything with it.

My question is that why such fraud companies sell policies to customers in the name of fake cashback just to earn commission??? Also they sold  me another 2 unnecessary policies of India First and Bajaj which I didn’t need, in the name of fake cashback just to earn commission from me.

I want proper action against this company and wih such things don’t happen to the customers.

I have all proofs of Whatsapp Chats and Call Recordings with these guys.

I want judicial inquiry on this matter. I will not spare this fraud company Insta Policy Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd
