I have ordered puma shoes but when I opened the box i didn’t find the same
shoes as I saw in the website as the shoes was black in colour but I have got a
grey colour “puma scorch runner”shoes in the box which is covered with dust ,
was used before, fillthy condition and is smelling too Then i immediately put the
product on return request and they took around 6 days to initiate therereturn
request as the time got passed by them now my return request policy period got
over pickup executive came and rejected the product. they concluded saying
that return cannot be fulfilled by the wish master as the courier service provider
has confirmed that the product is mis-matched
