Hello,
I had ordered dining table set on Oct 2nd 2021. I received the product on 22nd Oct. However received a defective product. There was manufacturing defect due to which table could not be assembled and flipkart technician visited and confirmed that it was manufacturing defect and recommended to get a replacement.
1 week there was no update on this again. Neither replacement nor refund.
After many follow ups the defective product was picked up and flipkart told they would give us replacement.
Replacement Order Id is OD223004829826437000. It was supposed to be delivered by Nov 12th. But till now(Nov 15th) they have not delivered the product nor they cancelling the order and did not refund the money. I had paid for this on Oct 2nd its been almost 1 and half month now, i have not got the product still.
Order Status in flipkart is also not updated. Neither the customer support fails to update the order status. Very unhappy with flipkart. Please help me to get my money back from flipkart.
