Airtel Mobile
New Delhi
Dear Sir/Ma’am
This is pertaining to my recharges of my prepaid airtel number in my name.
I made a recharge of Rs.479/- on 19th December 2021 (Order ID :1110984390) which extended my validity till 12th Feb 2022.
By mistake, I again recharged it with Rs.479/- on 19th December 2021 (Order ID :1110991181).
Since this was done by mistake, I request you to refund my 2nd recharge amount of Rs.479/- at the earliest possible
I called up airtel customer care on 198 and made the above request, but the customer care officer said the company’s policies donot allow any refund
. This is blatant cheating of genuine and faithful customers. Airtel needs to change its policy regarding refund.
