Dear sir,
I provide detaits of case as follows ,
on date 11 sep 2020,i receive a call from a health insurance company name Oriental Health India about health insurance offer,after two days talking ,i intetersted ,then they send me mail their policy offer details ,then next day policy agent name vishal sharma,talk to me abouts benifits of policy,premium and payment details,then i purchase a family floater health policy for six members,i made payment on date 12 sep 2020 through a paytm link from my credit card,then they sent me welcome kit with temporary policy no. For rembersument,they told me to send our adhar card copy and photo for policy active,after from that day they did not respond my call,sms ,chat or mail or did not provide me policy or not cancel policy or not refund amount,After that i call to original insurance company ,from there i conform its afraud case so i complain in paytm care ,paytm cyber cell I gave details of this case but paytm did not help in this case ,Fraud Agent name vishal sharma,From noida mob no.-no.-8339990527, 9599843711,
