I have bought redmi note 7 from flipkart on 3rd April and received on 5th April But they have sent damaged mobile phone. I have requested for replacement on 6th April but they have rejected my request on 7th April. Again I have requested for replacement or refund but again they have rejected my request on 8th April and they have blocked my account so that i am not able to contact them. I have contacted them through phone calls and emails But each and every time they have rejected my request. I request you to solve this problem as early as possible. Thank you
