I had ordered via internet web page 299 marts kitchenware items and paid by ATM Indian bank Rupay resident only debit card applicable only In India for transaction within India. The amt Rs. 1393 paid dt.31. 03.2021.
Till date I had not received the order copy as well consent by seller Sale 4 U Ahmedabad for delivery of goods or cancellation of my order and refund thereof. I had communicated this at email of Sale 4 U Ahmedabad. They did not answer. So I had raised complaint ticket at merchant dashboard of payment gateway Razorpay Pvt. Ltd. The Payment they said is succesful. I did reply misrepresentation on account of shopkeeper /trader for non compliance non reply and no step towards refund. The matter is raised by email to Indian Bank una Himachal Pradesh. They said we will raise refund and charge back soon. Please reply can I get Refund of amount paid how and when.
