I, Mr. Siddhesh Nair, am writing this complaint regarding the misconduct or fraud done by the Amazon or its seller Appario Retail PVT LTD., as they delivered wrong product to me that I have placed the order of ASUS TUF Gaming A15 Laptop from Amazon vide order ID No. 407-2988530-7265151 on 28/09/2020 worth Rs. 63,990/- (Rupees Sixty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Only) and instead of that (my originally ordered product) the delivery boy had delivered the wallmount (TV Stand) to me on 01/10/2020 and i have paid the same of Rs. Rs. 63,990/- vide invoice no. IN-BOM5-1413439.
that i have shocked and surprised to open the product as i have received the wallmount (TV Stand) instead of my original order of ASUS TUF Gaming A15 Laptop Amazon vide order ID No. 407-2988530-7265151.
thereafter i immediately made a call to the delivery boy but the call was not placed and after that i have mailed on amazon.in/help and they replied me that the issue will be resolved after inspection and thereafter several correspondence have been done between me and amazon executives/employees.
that after some days the executives from amazon has replied to my mail that they are unable to process a replacement/refund for my order.
i say that the said amount of Rs. 63,990/- (Rupees Sixty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Only) was hard-earned money as i am a student and doing part time job to run my family, now i am suffering a huge loss and a lot of mental trauma by the behavior of the amazon company and facing a huge loss due to the misconduct of the Amazon company.
i further submit that the address of the seller of the product is Appario Retail PVT LTD., Renaissance industrial smart city, kalyan sape Road, Vashere Village, Amane Post, Bhiwandi Taluka, Thane District, Thane, Maharashtra – 421302.
that therefore i am submitting this complaint against the amazon as a consumer and praying that the compensation may be granted to me or replacement for the wrong product may be granted.
