Hi im Sohail khan i ordered a phone from Amazon on 10 November. Since than im trying return it and i had talked to the customer service by call about dozen times they say some lies like that we have handed this our elite team it will be resolved and we have fill form about your problem and they schedule a pick date and some time the pickup guy doesn’t come or if he comes he then say IMEI didn’t match although invoice IMEI no. And phone setting IMEI no. Match. It almost been a month so please help.
