I am an Airtel customer from one year. If I tried to call my home or any bsnl land line numbers they are not working. I called to 198 customer care, they talked very rude ,that they don’t have a problem, go and ask BSNL. How stupids are these Airtel supervisors(one of them). She argued and I told I am not an operator to link the calls ,this is your duty to link the calls. But she stupidly repeatedly argued that Airtel has no problem. I understood that she doesn’t have commonsense and also Airtel. They are not giving good services. Their volte services are also fraud, I never experienced clarity calls. Please take action against them.
