Text of Complaint by Deepti Bhat:

I booked a homestay in Suragi Holiday Homes, Kumta. I called up the property and did the booked. However, due to cyclone Kyarr and Gokarna regions being severely affect, I reached out to the property owner(Meets) to cancel the stay and refund the amount.  The owner paid no heed to customer emotions and infact started abusing me saying it’s all my imagination. when I asked her to show a video of the beach, she exclaimed that she is not at my service all the time. I don’t understand how are they even running such a business. There is a red alert declared and this is the response of the owner. There has to be an action taken
