Text of Complaint by Mohammed Amanullah:

I ordered – Croma 1.5 Ton Portable AC (CRAC1201, White) vide Order #: 402-5064183-0218769, dated: 20th February 2021 and the product was delivered on  24th February, 2021.  I raised a return request on 27th February, 2021 and the return pickup was scheduled on 1st March, 2021, by Delhivery courier company. I received a message from Amazon.in at 4:00 AM on 1st March, 2021 stating that my product will be picked up by the courier company anytime that day.  I was out of station and had to rush back to my place of residence, just to handover the product to the courier executive.  The day lapsed and nobody turned up to pick up the product.  The next day I contacted the Amazon customer care and they raised a complaint and assured that the product will be picked up for sure on 2nd March, 2021.  I waited the whole day at home leaving all my works aside.  But still there was no pickup. On 3rd March, 2021 I received an SMS stating that my Pickup has been rescheduled and a link was provided to know the details of the rescheduled pickup.  Upon clicking on that link, there were no details of the pickup reschedule.  I again raised a complain with the customer care and once again they assured that the product will be picked up the next day.  I have been waiting at my house keeping aside all my works for all these 5 days, just waiting for the delivery person to pickup the product. But still it has not been picked up.  Now, who is responsible for such a mismanagement.  Who will compensate for my losses incurred all these 5 days.  what about the tension and agony I faced all these days.  I need the product to be picked up immediately and added to it I need a compensation of Rs. 1,00,000 /= in addition to the refund amount of the product.
