Dear Concern Authority,
This is regarding my Vodafone Number – 9555555737 (Rajasthan)
Name : Aditya Kumar Jawla
DOB : 15/09/1993

Yesterday my phone got stolen in Delhi where i m currently working.
Fir Number : OD-MP-000894 Date: 17/09/2020
I visit your VI store (D-8 Udyog Nagar, Delhi – 110041).
Where i got attended by Mr. Harsh and got new sim card in replacement where i had submit all the required documents and got new sim but now he is saying that sim activation is rejected by Rajasthan circle and This is delhi circle so not able to update me the exact time taken in the process. He just have to wait more for the reply from Rajasthan Circle on mail only there is no facility of contact numbers intercircle.
There is no manager or senior level officer in this Vi store.
Vodafone is treating circles like they are giving service in other country.
Hoping to get my sim activated soon.
Waiting for some positive response.
