Text of Complaint by Amol HK:

Dear Sir,

I have purchased V-light square ceiling mount kit from snapdeal on 13 October 2017 for Raising.  2300/-  looking the image and specifications given in item details (image attached).

I have received the delivery on 26 October 2017, but the different cheap product (image attached) so I immediately on next day i.e. on 27 October 2017 requested for refund for my order (image attached). In my order it is till showing that “RETURN REQUEST REGISTERED” but no action is taken so nor received call, whereas in my order it is stated that we will call you within 24-48 hours,  nor this number is working because I have try the said number several times.

There is also no mode of verbal communication with snap deal executive on Customer care no.

I am not interesting in making any deals with snapdeal any more but wants refund and compensation from snapdeal
